If your visa was issued with the UK knowing you are visiting you boy friend then you are unlilely to have a hard time on entry I presume he will be waiting to meet you?

They usually ask questions like who's meeting you, where you are staying for your visit and how long. Nothing to worry about really, they only ask about the basic bits. I'm going to add having your company ID with you also, I often bring mine with me when traveling because sometimes they ask about what you do for a living back where you are from. I haven't encountered being asked for my work pass, though I recall seeing it from some while queuing. No harm in being prepared. You'll be fine. Enjoy the UK :like:

Normally they would ask what your purpose is. First time I went I said I'm on a holiday break for my birthday. They asked me if I know of anyone who's Brit and I said yes and I'm going to meet him. He's my fella btw. And then he asked if he's my boyfriend, said no. He said it's okay if he is. And I said again no coz he wasn't then yet. Second time, that's when I said I'm visiting him and will spend Christmas and New Year with him. The immigration officer asked if he traveled with me and I said no. That's it. Third time same set of questions really. So nothing to worry about ;)

Hi there! I would love to share my experience. First time, I was asked who I am visiting and what my job is in the Philippines. I answered confidently, meeting the boyfriend and he is waiting outside. And the job is a personal assistant. Scary and nervous but all went well. I am excited for you knowing you will see you boyfriend and in UK. The second time was smooth entry however Customs followed me and asked if I have tobacco in my luggage ? That was weird

You should be! People shy away from visiting the UK for vacation coz it can get very expensive but it is very beautiful. If your fella is into football I would highly recommend you watch it live at the stadium. The energy is just amazing! I haven't explored any of their beaches yet and my fella wouldn't recommend Blackpool. But looks like a fun place so would still visit. Also the setting of the series Broadchurch. Looks quaint yet intruiging.

    Have fun!

At the immigration, I was asked of what I will be doing there, for how long and who will be with. I was too nervous that I forgot the name of my then bf! The immigration lady can't believe it, she told me 'you forgot his name?!' I thought I was going to be in trouble but the kind lady put me through :) Hey! Its my first time so I was really nervous! Lol! Its quite an experience and I laugh every time I remember it! Lol! :)

    Don't worry, you'll be fine :)

ooooh lucky you, Bourenmouth is sooooo beautiful with some off the best beaches in the UK.

Blackpool on the other hand.... Hmmm bit like comparing Borocay to Manila.

Yes a football match live is a must, I am taking my Girl to see Man City at the City Of Manchester Stadium.

    Enjoy your stay.

Don't expect it to be warm. Or to go swimming. When people say 'best beaches in the UK' remember that this is a distinctly relative term...

Hopefully it won't be like this. Personally I would pay money to stay away from a football match. :)
