Hi guys, was just wondering the sort of prices people are being quoted to fly return from London to either Cebu or Manila? Trying to organise a trip for the family although not until June 2012 and some prices are quite high from what i have seen? Which websites are the best prices? Cheers.
Thanks Jim. I have booked with these guys before and they were good value though seem the same price as others at the moment.. It was April 2010 when we were last there and prices seem to have gone up. Prices for 2 adults & 1 child at the moment ranges from about £1650 - £3000 from London, then we have to get from Belfast which adds to the price which usually means a 1 night stay in an airport Hotel also
I payed £ 650 for January 1st return February 28th Manchester to Manila, booked in September. Thats with Crystal Travel, just looked and there's some £ 567, june.
On the forums main page there is a link to skyscanner, that's not an advert (well, I don't get paid for it) but a search tool for checking flights. It is pre set to search Manchester to Manila but after clicking it you can modify the airports and then select the dates.
Why london...??? Manchester is only an hour's flight from Belfast........... Regardless if it is from City or International Airports... I reckon if you do your home work, you may find that it could be cheaper than previously quoted. Another route you might consider is Liverpool to Manila, KLM have 4 flights a day out of Liverpool 2 of which can link up with the MNL flight, Easyjet are about 140 quid total for 3 people return to Liverpool, unfortunately the KLM flights are uncertain just now, they are still selling flights next year and generally they get cheaper closer to the date of travel. Manchester would give you the option of Emirates and certainly the prices for Qatar and Emirates look better right now.
I should have said the KLM flights get cheaper closer to the flight date apart from Christmas, Easter and All Saints day.
