Hi hope somebody can please help.

My wife is now applying for an extension on her initial spouse visa (FLR) and also my stepdaughter requires an extension on her dependant visa (also FLR).
We are filling the online form and adding my stepdaughter as an additional applicant to my wife's FLR.
My stepdaughter has turned 18 during her initial visa and is still living at home, studying at college and is not living an independent life.

There is a question asking details about her other parent (who is on the other side of the world in PH) and their level of contact or parental responsibility and we have to provide evidence where he lives and his birth certificate (difficult!)

    My questions are:

    1) We already proved that my wife has sole responsibility during my stepdaughters initial visa, do we have to prove it again as the visa was granted, is this correct?

    2) Is the question on the FLR form relevant as she is now legally an adult therefore sole responsibility doesn't matter?

    Thanks in advance
