    What requirements does my girlfriend need for us to apply for a fiancé visa ? She has already past her English exam
    And is their anything she needs to do to satisfy the PI authorities

    She needs a TB test, proof she is free to marry (CENOMAR) and she will have to get a CFO sticker in her passport before leaving.

    much more important is your sponsorship---do you meet the criteria ? financial--?-&---accommodation ?

    That's a big ask.

    May I suggest your first step should be to review the UKVI webpage here in this link called Apply to join family living permanently in the UK

    Please do take time to read ALL the sections and to follow ALL the relevant links for your circumstances. You find the answers to most questions you hadn't even thought of at this early stage

    There's quite a number of mandatory processes that need to be completed to satisfy both Philippine and UK requirements.
    The key mandatory process above all others is the UKVI Financial Requirement.
    Check out the annex FM Financial Requirement as it applies your own personal circumstances.

    Cenomar is not necessary. It's the UK that need the documentation and this is not something they need. We've never had one.
