Hi everyone not sure if i posted before asking for this, but we are 6 monhs away from the appointment in person well be making forthe last visa before ILR...
last time i checked on here you guys helped me informing me of the 500 pound nhs charge?-any other changes since then and can you repost me the link for the NHS thingy....we will be applying in person at Liverpool again, seemed hassle free and fast last time with added bonus any issues we are there to address them !
we will provide the usual six months documents -we will also add some older wage slips of my wifes, some earlier bank statements for her, gas bill and our joint tennancy as weve been in same place since last visa.
also a few bits of photos from previous holidays time and date stamps.
my wife didnt have a bank account until last january as she was using a spare one of mine for her wage payments but she has the whole of last year in her name and some previous gas bills just to show coexistance in this period? that sound about right?
thanks again look forward to your usual timely help.

Just do exactly the same as you did with the first flr and it will be fine.

For me, I don't see much benefit in doing this one in person, seeing as it costs an extra 400 quid, unless she needs her passport in the next few weeks.

If you have the budget then same day premium service has many benefits although it has to be said that the days of FLR(M) long long processing times have long since gone and the standard service is pretty good.
It's a personal choice but DO be very sure the application is fully compliant with no complications and doesn't require any extra checks from back office caseworkers. If your application is delayed you'll not get any refund and the turnaround time will often be same as postal.

    Good luck.
Once you have that second FLR(M) it's time to start preparing (and saving) for ILR and Naturalisation.

I guess you are already married from your photo.

    So you would be:

    Spouse via - 2.5 years
FLR(M) - 2.5 years. (Further Leave to Remain)
ILR (indefinite leave to remain. This is the final visa, which is permanent. Will require B1 English and Life in the UK test)
    Citizenship (if desired. Not essential.)

From 28 days before expiry date and before it runs out.

So you have a 28 day window to get your up to date documents.
