full name on application form

    my fiance has 3 names

    first --"given "--N***
    second---her family surname---F*******
    third--her married surname ---- de ******

    so--its--N*** F******* de ******

    so--what goes where in the boxes ?

    Are we talking about the financial requirements form here bigmac?

    no--the online application. which is different to the one to print and fill out

    I think if you put her first and middle name in the Christian name box, when it gets printed out it displays as GIVEN NAMES (rather than Christian Name)

    are you saying the online form then enters the information onto the VAF form we print out ?

    When you submit the on-line application, you can then print out two copies of the application form and that has to be taken by your fiancée to VFS Global. When you print it out, you will find that it says 'Given Names'.
