I always say to my wife that Gail Platt from Coronation St is the ugliest woman on TV, she is a dog for sure

Ive always found dogs adorable,

Even Gail was shocked by the likeness

I am with oss on this one - a bit unkind

Poor old Gail! She stacked up quite well back in the day.



As an impressionable and troubled young lad in the 80s, I'm not ashamed to admit that I found Gail slightly intriguing. I also liked Ann Diamond. Amazing that she's been in Corrie over 40 years.

For those who point the finger, I hope none of you are in for a shock when you turnover in bed and see your 65 year old bride!

By the time Melody hits 65, I'll be 83 and probably need assistance in turning over in bed.

Gail intrigued you as did perhaps the blonde girl in Man About The House because this was in the 70's when a little dental disfigurement was all the rage, or if not, at least acceptable if the 'bird' was a 'bit of all right' and a 'bit of a raver'.


But now we have discovered Pinays, and boy, they're pretty! Not much chance of them ending up like Yootha Joyce.

I always had a thing about Tessa Wyatt from Man about the House and also Jill out of Crossroads, and by the way I rate Gail now and think she has had a bad deal in Corrie
