Well, I've had the first 3 seasons on Sky plus for months now (slowly building up) and I've only just started to watch it today!!!

Well, what an amazing TV show it is :geek:

The first episode kind of went slow, because there was so much going on, but it passed quickly enough - it just felt longer than what it was.. And I'm currently on season 1, episode 5 and I can't wait for the next episode. So much so, I'm considering kicking an hours sleep in place for some of G.O.T

    :D

Why didn't anyone tell me I had to watch this show?? And if you've not seen it - WATCH IT:like:

Good god man where have you been?! I'm sure its been mentioned on here before. It is a fantastic show, I enjoyed it so much that I'm now reading the books. I'm not normally into the fantasy stuff but this isn't so far out of reality, apart from dragons and masses of gemstones etc!!! I've watched all 3 seasons and would watch the again no problem

Sounds interesting. Is it exclusive to Sky? I stopped Sky years ago and have refused to use it since. So I am probably missing out.

Game of Thrones is an HBO production so will be available from any cable/satellite provider that broadcasts that channel.

Which for those of us in the UK means Sky Atlantic, who have an exclusive HBO deal.

We're a bit luckier then, all the cable/satellite companies include HBO in their channel line up. Sky Cable carries five of the seven - HBO, HBO Hits, HBO Family, HBO Signature and Cinemax; the remaining two, HBO On Demand and HBO Go aren't yet available.

Another series worth watching is "Serangoon Road" which is also an HBO production.

Saw that advertised my last leave Mark but never got round to catching an episode.

Talking of shows that we've missed. I've not seen any of this "Sherlock", is it really as good as the hype?

Also I hear a few people going on about "walking dead". Any thoughts?

We will be in Northern Ireland next week. We have one or two of these localities earmarked for our itinerary.
