    This has saddened me today.

He seemed to have everything going for him.

So sad also leaving a wife and two boys.

He looked so relaxed on the TV yesterday, just shows that people can put on a front when they have inner turmoil.

    RIP Gary

Depression is a terrible illness. Can make someone with everything think they have nothing, with nothing more to give.

It seems he had everything going for him in life.
It so tragic. No-one seems to have any idea why. Maybe we'll never know.
The saddest thing for me is to think that there are many people who feel they have no-one they feel they can talk to and share their inner concerns and fears

Someone I knew slightly commited suicide years ago.
He had many real friends and they were all in pieces because he never confided in any of them.
None of his friends could understand how he kept his innermost fears to himself.
I don't think they know now and this was about twenty years ago.

His wife and children will always wonder. Hope they will be able to bear it.

Something similar happened when my younger brother died in Spain a few years ago. We doubt we will ever really know what happened or why.
Without the needed closure I've been unable to prevent thoughts about it every single day.
I don't dwell on it but there's always something that will stir the memory.

Luckily I have my wife. :vhappy:

Absolute shocker. He's someone that I don't think anyone could have a bad word to say about. He'd started getting Wales into a decent outfit again and things seemed to be going so well for him from the outside. As a Blades supporter, he'd started creating a proper team for us from the load of dross he inherited, and I was sad when he left, but in no way bitter as he deserved something better than the shambles of Bramall Lane. Still can't get my head round this...
