Bus fare is from memory 450 pesos into if you take the Philtranco bus from outside the terminal. It runs to their terminal in Pasay, which is handy if you are flying on from Manila Terminal 3. If not, it also stops near SM Megamall. I think it runs quite late at night. I would be careful about taking a taxi from outside the terminal.
