    If you or your wife, more likely in the Philippines, owns the place you live in or you already have property in the UK/World then you'll likely be liable to pay additional tax on a new home:

    On the Filipino house...

    100 % - I wouldn't tell

    50% - My wife would accidentally tell

    100% - My children would tell

    Thanks, yes that seems to be the way to do it - Deed of Donation - hopefully we can split it - gift them the house and let my wife keep the land...
