You mean you cannot find any wonton wrapper in any local store right? There is no oriental supermarket in your area? If you've really searched and are stuck let me know. I may be able to help you
I'll take a look at the weekend but normally they are frozen. I'm in Northampton, are you close to us? If within 30mins we'll pick you up. You can speak in Bisaya to my asawa. Let me know. My car passed MOT yesterday no problem so all OK. Thank God Wow ,that's 9 years on the trot passing MOT no problems
It's easy to make your own wonton wrappers. This recipe yields about 24 wonton wrappers. Prep Time: 1 hour Total Time: 1 hour Ingredients: * 1 egg * 3/4 teaspoon salt * 2 cups all-purpose flour * 1/3 to 1/2 cup water, as needed * Extra flour as needed Preparation: Lightly beat the egg with the salt. Add 1/4 cup water. Sift the flour into a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the egg and water mixture. Mix in with the flour. Add as much of the remaining water as necessary to form a dough. (Add more water than the recipe calls for if the dough is too dry). Form the dough into a ball and knead for about 5 minutes, or until it forms a smooth, workable dough. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll out until very thin, and cut into 3 1/2-inch squares. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use. There you go loty
hey Kitkit.. thank you for the recipes 2 weeks ago ive made that but sadly i wasnt no good thats why i decide to go to shop and abouit to buy but they dont have any i almost making all my stuff and pieces but for some reasons it wasnt right
Same experience as Balot, we triend many times to make our own but never really got it right. That's why we alway buy. Our situation is much better than Balot since we have many local shops that sell it, and it's very cheap. Same with Lumpia, not easy to make, but so so easy to buy (except in Plymouth !!!! )
so i hope my friend Micawber can sort some heheh shops here sadly so rare thatt sell 3 weeks now i cant get any help
It's tricky and expensive to send frozen stuff, otherwise I would do it. Maybe you can buy online? Plymouth is a big place, must be somewhere to buy those wrappers.
i will try to sort for myself then if not gutted still hohum will request to my mum in ph i think loklz
