hi , im just finishing the evidence part of the application and i wanted to get this ready before i fly out at the end of april , so it will save me on some weight when i use dhl for the time sensitive documents.. I got 30 pages of flight intineraries including cebu pacific domestic flights these are dated chronological from 2011 - to present ( I've saved some flight passes and they are stapled to the printed itinerary) .I got 15 pages of pics with 9 pics per page with captions of location and dates put in chronological order, I've saved 5 facebook screenshots per year spread over every 3 months , so this totals 35 pages of fb messages maybe i could put 2 screenshots per page)..we also got some letters and a few emails i can print off..also i will scan my visa entry passport stamps Do i need to get the visa stamps printouts notorized? anyway it seems like a heck of alot of documents and ive done 2 copies aswell...
Too much document is better than lacking a document really. But in the pictures, you said 9 pages per page? I can't imagine how you fit them all in there. 4 pictures per page would've been reasonable and also to make it more visible to the ECO. You don't need the visa stamps notarized.
I think you're meant to reduce everything to A4 size now - your pictures don't look as if they are on A4 Certified copy of your passport - include all the pages with the visa stamps on too.
I never had any flight passes as did not know i needed them,so all i did was to take copies of the visa stamps in my passport and with the photos i put a date over a bunch of photos that matched my visa stamps for each trip.
I think you should be okay. Because you are providing stuff from 2011 there are more evidence you can provide.
im gonna get my passport printout and the visa stamps notorized just to be on the safe side...I was wondering if the notarizing of documents are time sensitive for instance does it have to be within 3 months etc of the visa submittance ( or am i over thinking it) because im not exactly sure when im gonna apply for the visa, im trying to get through the easy jobs first and this will be another job thats ticked off
I suppose it doesn't really matter. You have to take notice of the more time sensitive documents i.e financial docs.
