Hi, I’m looking for some help and advice. I’m getting married in Manila at the end of September, and then we are going to start our application for spouse visa. I have checked and meet all the financial requirements and have lots of photos and correspondence proof. But what I’m struggling to find out about is my wife has a daughter already and not sure what paperwork we need for her to come here on the visa. Has anyone any experience with same? I think we need something signed by her daughters father but I have phoned both here and Manila visa applications and they could not tell me what’s needed to do. Any help or advice would be gratefully received. Thanks Luke
Hi Luke. It gets a bit more complicated where there ae children involved. There are a few on here that know the answer to your question....
Hello Luke. Got no experience about that but these links might help: https://www.gov.uk/permission-take-child-abroad https://www.dfa.ie/passports-citizenship/top-passport-questions/consent-for-children/ http://legalcounseling.wordpress.co...ildren-travel-abroad-without-fathers-consent/
Yes that kinda what im hoping for. the best advice is from experience. Just some of the info needed is hard to find.
Ok that's great help thank you. The daughter had her mothers surname so from what I'm reading it should make it easier.
