    Hi Brom
Do you have any idea what kind of proof of accommodation and house report needed in applying for Spouse Visa UK?
My husband owned his house and no mortgage.. Just not sure what proof specifically is needed?

You can get a Land Registry of the house plus utility bills and council tax bill. You don’t need an inspection report if no one else lives in the house with you.

Spouse Visa on process now in Sheffield, started Dec 12, 2018 when the Officer in Sheffiled UK emailed me that they had my documents received and will go thru on process which is 90 days for standard application. Now my passport is expiring on June 2019 which I'm presuming hopefully when visa is approved by Feb or March my worry is about leaving the Philippines with less than 6 months validity in passport. My question is 1) Will they allow me to leave leave given I got less than 6 months in my passport? 2) Can I renew my passport instead in Phil Embassy UK? 3) If not as I know, I would have to do renewal here in Philippines in which do I need the Marriage contract Red Ribbon Authenticated in Phil Embassy UK? then send it here for my application?other than that what documents I need for renewal?4) Also I heard about CFO ( Commission on Filipino Overseas) that they need as well to stamp on my passport before leaving the Philippines do I really need this? Could you please share your thoughts in this matter. Any advices would be of great help thanks!

Hi guys can so.eone point me in the right direction?

I'm wondering what evidence do I need to gather for the 2nd spouse visa extension. I should let you know all my council tax electricity bills are included in my rent so I don't have proof of bills. My wife does have bank statements tho.

    click on this--

    https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/family-routes

then click on the green box apply now--and go through it page by page.
if you dont know an answer--make one up so you can move down to the next question. you can save--change--delete as you go. practice with it--get familiar. anything that you cant answer--ask on here

it has to be an online application--no more paper forms.
