I know people on here do it there self's or should I get a agency to do it or look at UK immigration lawyers? Congratulations to both of you on your marriage.
A settlement(spouse) visa is tbe next step, as to using an agent it really is your call.
First though ask yourself these questions

Do i meet the earnings financial threshold (£18600) in your case. Unless you have a stash of savings.
Are you a home owner or in good rented housing where the landlord would support your wife living in tbe accomadation?
Answer yes to both and its a very good start and would probably suggest your application could be straightforward.
Your wife will have to pass a TB tezt and a low level English test both at approved centres in the Philippines.
Ask on here, save your money for the fees and party!

It's a council house with 3 rooms only me and my mum live there ...the plan was to get my wife here save for a few months then get our own place I know how it reads lol I'm not a mummy's boy just my brother and sister have kids and my life is in phils so I moved back in with my mum to help her
