Upsetting and frustrating for us both
We're thinking of going to the Philippines to marry but have been to cause we not seen each other for more than two weeks it be classed as a sham or not real wedding
What can I do to be with my fiancé

    Hi Shaun and welcome.

If I was you I would arrange to get married in the Philippines (I did).
If you earn £18,600 per annum you will be able to be bring her over on a spousal visa which she will apply for in the Philippines after you marry.

The whole process from marriage to her being with you in the UK is frustrating and expensive but everything can be done.

Everything is worth it if you love each other.

If you dont have £18600 a year the alternative is go and marry then bring your Wife to Europe (free and no sham marriage nonsense or English test) work for 3-5 months and then return to the UK (free no financial conditions) and apply for a five year residence card £65 plus £20 for bio-metrics ( European Visa section of the forum "Singh Route):)

If you have met then that's all it needs. It's irrelevant that you've only spent 2 weeks together, although it may be harder to give evidence of a genuine relationship.

But if you get married in Philippines than you'll not only gave spent more time together but will also be married so I don't see ehat would cause problems there.

What is upsetting? I don't see anything to make anyone decide it is a sham marriage.

We did exactly what you intend to do, ie marry in the Philippines followed by my wifes spouse visa. No problem.
