Hi everyone,just new here and would like to ask some advice about spouse visa application.my husband is going back to uk next month and were planning to apply for my spouse visa my question is am i valid to apply for spouse visa even my husband is just returning to uk to work for another company anyway his an expat here in a philippines and he will finish work this month and going to return in uk.thank you so much and looking forward for some replies...
