Just wanted to say hi to all, the forum was very useful in helping me get my girlfriend here. We are now planning the next stage of our journey together which is applying for a fiancée visa later this year and know that the resources here will be invaluable. My girl is from Quezon city and part of our plan is to buy a property there. So we need to find a good lawyer preferably in Quezon city. Any recommendations for a lawyer would be gratefully appreciated. Also tips on buying property in Manila would be very helpful.
