    Good to know, I have never had to ask for that, even though I had to use it last week for a tap replacement, luckily we had some.

    Perhaps give that (massive) classic car restoration place on Clark, Pampanga a call. They may know something about importing a 'vintage' machine, and any regulations governing such oldies. I'm not sure whether they have a website, but there have been documentaries and features about them... probably on YouTube by now. :like:
