Strange this one. The grammar and spelling of this, quite long, mail would suggest someone schooled and educated, or some very clever use of A.I.. Anyway, I am a bit too long in the tooth to fall for that. Somehow I cannot extract the IP address of the sender, to check where it comes from, country wise.. Have fun reading this. Not a new idea but some elderly or extremely gullible could be taken by this low life scammer. When ever you receive something like this, do not, ever, click on any links provided.
I remember Leo Laporte (The Tech Guy) The Tech Guy - Wikipedia talking about this scam many years ago. "I make a small profit. You should transfer $1250 to my Bitcoin wallet" Makes you wonder what a big profit is. You're right, Dom; so many gullible people have lost so much money with this scam over the years.
