Sorry - it said Glasgow/Scotland in the Google result. Have you contacted the (Scottish) Home Office to see if they have a list?

Tyvm !! pretty local to i`ll call them 1st thing.. i was doing some research and found this from another forum but it was back in 2009.. " I called the UKBA and they told me on the phone that I needed to ask your local council for a Housing Inspection for Entry Clearance, it's the only evidence of housing suitability accepted by the UKBA "
Howdi just an update.. i got a response from HuassianDesigns who have now offered to do a survey without a visit.. they want me to email the size of property how many rooms photos of the rooms etc etc.. and they will type up a letter but for a cost of £60, so i called the local council and they offer a Home Inspection for Immigration purposes and come out to visit the property for £100. So i went with the council will look far better an inspector has actually came out to check the property over etc etc..
If it's just the two of you in the accommodation you don't need an inspection report. Just my 2 centavos worth
