how do i rate messages??

    this is gonna be a dumb question, I know it...but ive been on this site for months trolling through the immigration folder and general topics that interest me but i can't for the life of me figure how to rate messages that i think are great, informative etc..:ninja:

    bottom right hand corner of the text box you are looking at starts with a thumbs up double it click the icon you want to award
