How to calculate how many days?

Sorry if this has been answered here before.

When you submit for a settlement visa, when do the 60 working days start counting from? Online application date or document submission date?

For your financial documents they have to be no older than 28 days when you submit your online application.

For the application itself, the clock starts when you submit all your documents at the VFS office, you can then count the working days.

Thanks, Timmers. It's exactly as I thought ..... we submitted the online application on May 11th, and submitted our documents one week later, on May 18th. So our clock is ticking from May 18th .......

Well, she's just received her text saying her processed visa application was received today..... now for a nervous 24 hour wait until she collects her passport tomorrow and we find out the result

Congrats @johnboy999 I'm jealous with all the member here who gets accepted for their visa.

Just follow the guides here, make sure you get all the paperwork the guys here tell you that you need, and you'll be good to go. It's not easy and straightforward, and without the help and tips from on here I doubt if we could have gotten our one.

If there's something you're not sure about, just post your question and someone will almost certainly know the answer for you

Hi @joi1991 after I took my IELTS last may 5 It was delivered via LBC on the 13th the same month. Then, when I took the tb test last July 5, I just wait an hour for the result and they already gave my certificate.

wow.. that was quick. how was the IELTS exam? I've researched about it and it seems not easy.
