How to get married in the Philippines ?

Hello guys I’m trying to help a guy do this but I forgot the procedure

after he has made the appointment at the embassy - what does he need to bring ?

does he need to bring details on where he is getting married ? Etc

I forgot how it all worked

I got married in the Philippines (Feb 23) - I never had any contact or Embassy involvement ?

note affidavits no longer sworn at the British embassy in Manila they came be done at local civic office

I haven't kept up with recent things - children take up too much time.
