Hi i have a few questions regarding how my girlfriend's visit visa application should be presented. Her appointment is in 2 weeks What type of folder my girlfriend's application be presented in. Its currently in a hard plastic file folder. Is it better with plastic sheets or paperclip? Does her NBI POSTAL ID and POLICE CLEARANCE and PASSPORT need to be included within the application or in her hand when she is there? Can she pay in cash when she gives her them application for a priority? Thankyou very much in advance.
Hello, she doesn’t need to keep them in an envelope. She would just hand over the documents to the VFS staff. No paperclips needed. Just arrange them according to the checklist order maybe. She would need to submit her pasport, police clearance is not required but since she have one, just include it. I would advice paying for priority service online because it is not safe to bring cash. I think they are using this excuse to ensure they hit their targets and incentives. Certainly do not rely upon a reponse within 30 days anymore
I had ours all nicely in sections in a folder with polly pockets etc all labelled with sticky notes but they referred 1 big pile like mentioned above no paperclips etc..
Thankyou for your replies. Sorry only just logged in been busy at work. Drunken max. If i payed for priority visa would we get a response on time because its the beginning of October when i want her to visit. My solicitor already stapled a few things together.
Well it depends when you apply. Apply tomorrow with a priority visa and you will get an answer by Monday
