Hello, anyone please help me with my ILR application.. My son is british citizen, and my husband is an EU settled in the UK. I included my son as a dependant but in the Declaration section, I'm not sure which one to choose (applicant aged 18 or over) or (applicant and also submitting form on the behalf of other applicants)? I tried the first option and then the other option but both I still need to pay 4816.40. Is this what normally the cost for ILR? In the Pay section, it says select a service from options below but there is only one option stating Standard service pay 4816.40, nothing else. That's a lot of money! Kindly help me if this is all correct.
PROBLEM SOLVED: My hubby called Nationality team in HM and they told us to not include our child as dependant cos he is a British citizen and that people often made this mistake.
