    Hello, it's me again!;)

    Just brief details:
Nov 3 - Renewed passport but didn't managed to change name into married one.
Nov 6 - Took IELTS at Trinity College London. Result arrived within a week.
Nov 30 - Received my new passport.

    So here are my questions:
    1. My 1st FLR m will expire May 2018, can I renew it next week or it's just too early?

    2. I haven't change my name to married so BRP is fine til FLR m application right? I know that it will expire on May 2018 anyway.

    3. I paid IHS when I applied fiancee visa in Philippines. Do I have to pay for it again for 2nd FLR m?

    Thanks in advance!
If you have same path as me, please feel free to send me messages if you have some questions. :)

reply to 2--your brp must match your name in your passport.

    1. Too early
    2. If you haven’t updated your passport and it’s still maiden name. Should be fine if BRP is maiden name.
    3. I think so.

Thank you tipipay, I forgot to ask this question. Will my expiring flr m visa affect my travel outside the UK? I will expire May so let's say the earliest I can renew flr m is April. Is it possible to go home to Philippines for 3 weeks in February? Thanks...

I don’t think it will. Unless it’s your passport that has less than 3 or 6 (not certain) validity left. For your visa, as long as it’s valid, that’s the main thing.
