Hi everyone i hope all are well? The wife is due for ILR in Febuary 2019, so we will be getting ready now too start revising Life in UK test etc. She says best way is just to keep doing the online dummy tests, but obviously we will need revision material-is there a current standard for the test any free versions, on PDF or CD for download? Also are the requirements still the same...weve been on the 5 year route after initial fiance 6 month visa then flr part 1 then completed flr part 2, obviously we come under old rules for earnings etc etc...last flr we did, we had to go do yet another english test-again, i believe another will have to be done again prior too ILR application? Also NHS charge thingy-or not on ILR? Amy list of current requirements link to current thread appreciated. Thanks again
I just bought 3 books for the missus from amazonfor this purpose around £20 It wont let me post the link ????
We had this one, and my wife found it difficult to study with. The one I posted above is the "official" one on which the test is based, and we bought that later. She found it a lot easier.
Well I can see my link and Keith's link. Just saying. The book you need is the white cover book with the union flag design. It is called Life in theUnited Kingdom a guide for new residents. Get that and a highlighter pen, plus a few online mock tests, and you're all but there.
thank you we will look the white book up...we want the one the test is based on i suppose so we are researching the correct stuff!!!but will i suppose try test websites online free Q and A etc as a supplementary technique.....
