Hi All, It has been a while and just wanted to ask regarding the date of my husband's ILR application. On the website it says that the earliest you can apply is 28 days before you meet the requirements for the time you need to have lived in the UK. My husband's first spouse visa was on the 12th November 2018 and the expiration of his BRP this year is 7th December. Upon calculation, the earliest date we can apply is 12th of November. Do we have to apply strictly on this date or can we apply after that date? Thanks!
