I'm looking through the SET(M) application form and there is a part where the catagory under which you are applying needs to be ticked. But... the relevant choices are either: Spouse of a settled person - 2 year route Or Partner of a settled person - 5 year route. So, which one is it? Because it is for a spouse under the 5 year route. Have they not updated this? I guess the partner/5 year route is the one?

Whats the datestamp on the pdf say? It must be up to date as they included financials as part of ILR now. Its the 5 year route.
It is 2017/06. Still the most current one at the moment. Yeah, I thought the 5 year one but why they can't have spouse and 5 year on there, Lord knows. Especially as it is probably the obvious one, Page 16 on the link is the part I am referring to.
