    It should be very interesting.
    Still not much serious improvement.

Incredible. And how much do they charge for FLR? Over £550 / £850...

"Pete was one of around 800 temps paid near minimum wage and given five days' training to help bust the backlogs. The Agency has spent its five-year existence stumbling from one crisis to another, losing track of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, building backlogs and delaying crucial decisions, allowing those who should be removed from the country to strengthen their case to remain and extending the misery of those with a genuine reason to continue their life in the UK."

It's only been going for 15 mins but I'm speechless.
The lies, the deceit and downright disgraceful.

I personally worked with Customs and with UKBA , it was never like this. I feel ashamed that here in UK a government agency can be like this.
Thousands of managers need to fired for incompetence. Period

    I'm getting mad now

    Yes, Grrrrr indeed.

Those who watched will also be shaking their heads in disbelief.
I've no intention of recounting the 'shambles' and subterfuge of UKBA management, it would just be another rant.
