My fiancée has been in the UK with me since January on a fiancée visa. We are getting married on May 20th, what form do we need to complete and return before the fiancée visa expires in June ?

Hello. I believe you will need to submit an FLR (Further Leave To Remain) application. This is not the same as the 'indefinite leave to remain' which you would not be eligible to apply for at this time. Search this forum there are plenty of threads about the FLR process.

This is the right form for you. You are applying for Further Leave to Remain or FLR (M). This is still limited not indefinite yet. Only valid for 2.5 years.

You can apply by post or in one of the premium service centres.

Completely confused by Section 15 - Declarations. I think the only ones that want signing are those for Spouse and civil partners, and not the other ones that refer to same sex partners, but it is all confusing.

Yes ignore the fiance, proposed civil partner or same sex declaration.

Section 9 - Biometric residence permit of form FLR(M) : She has answered NO to not being issued with a Biometric residence permit and gone to Question 9.12, " Have you had your fingerprints taken as part of a previous UK immigration application made in the UK or abroad " The application for Fiancee visa was made in Cebu last October, but she is not sure if her fingerprints were taken. Does anyone know if fingerprinting is part of the application process ?

Yes, she will have had her biometrics done as part of the Fiancee visa application, she will get the BRP once you have the FLR.

Am confused at the declaration @ 9.21...Is it only if you are applying for person under 16, or do all applicants have to sign ?
