I have to admit i am for equality but when people hide behind it i get really annoyed. Today is a prime example when watching the news ECS has been caught cheating exams for the English tests rooms full of people (obviously from Bangladesh and India) told the answers to questions the two hour test done in 7 mins.

Another set of cheats swapped out on computer terminals by people who know all the answers and yet these people are allowed here in droves? Frustrating when you do things by the book while the government didn't even pick this up except by a TV company investigating.

Cheating and having one over the white faces is a national past-time in some cultures...

What irritates me is the fact its not highlighted. Its nothing about racism its the reality they are the ones abusing the system to the max on the false student visas. They are the ones abusing to the max false documentation, they are the ones running the colleges and English tests and faking and cheating on everything. They are the ones helping to smuggle people in and out of the UK.

Can we blame the Eastern Europeans? Answer is no as they have already got rights of access, these are the people who are ILLEGALS and its the same people that are affecting everyone else. When I say everyone else its everything from passport control to immigration. See people highlight Bulgarians as some kind of mass immigration going on now they have free access. But tiptoe around India and Pakistani immigrants which are blatantly committing illegal activities on a mass scale.

Its using a system that was based on equality and being treated equally. That has been turned on its head by use and abuse and every loophole possible.

I was having a chat with a work colleague (who is here legally and soon to be applying for ILR) She said that in her country finding ways into the UK was big business and laws and regulations are seen as something to find a way around. She isn't from the Indian subcontinent, BTW, though is from outside the EU

You're right John, I've seen that especially in our old African colonies, its their goal in life to get to the UK and they make a job out of doing it.

In a way you cannot blame people for wanting to better themselves, but they should play by the immigration/student rules, its just not cricket what the Indians do.
