Hello every one, I am a non EEA family member (daughter) of EEA NATIONAL , got eea2 resident card. I've been here for 2 years.I'd like to know if i get married in non eu country and wants to bring my spouse here in uk via immigration rules, is it possible? I would be grateful if anybody who has any information could get back to me. Regards
It would be a lot easier if you were to take your EEA parent Nationality as opposed to remaining non-EEA. Dual Nationality should be par for the course.
