Hi, i purchased priority visa and a few other packages on the VFS GLOBAL website for my girlfriend. On the website its all confirmed. The issue is when i click send email it doesn't send the confirmation. It says it has but it isn't there (including junk and spam folder) And if i click download it downloads an empty zip file. Nothing in there to extract. Do i need to print the confirmation off or would a screenshot be ok if explained. Or will they have a record of it so it's a none issue? Thankyou
Just print it off particualrly the receipt - the payment is your no.1 proof that you are availing of priority service as its at least 500£ extra.
