Hi. well, if I am correct in assuming that you hold Spanish/Filipino dual nationality, then there is no problem for you to settle in the UK as a Spanish citizen. Looking for work, would entail largely on having to be on the spot, by preference. Trying to get the security of a job before leaving Spain would be great, but it is very, very difficult. But there is some light at the end of the tunnel, if you are prepared to wait and make some sacrifices. Try the link, you don't have to register, but it would help.
