I sincerely hope that some people will see this and realise that the tide may be turning and celebrities are tired of being treated like piggy banks, even if it costs their careers. Because , let's face it, he won't be able to get another role as long as he lives.

he was able to afford expensive lawyers--not like some guys in the UK who are advised to plead guilty to whatever unprovable historic "crime" to get a reduced sentence. Its best not to put much info on your facebook--lest some unhinged misery maker decides you touched them up 25 years ago--and the police have nothing better to do.
The man, unfortunately, was "cancelled" long before the US acquittal, and even if he has, also, been found not guilty in the UK, I doubt Netflix or other current content producers are going to re-instate him anytime soon. He is undoubtedly one of the best actors if not the best classic/modern all rounder performer of our present time. Eventually he will rise again, and I sincerely hope he will do, as I always admired him and continue to do so.
