With COVID-19 ruling our lives at the moment I do realise that meeting in person will be almost impossible for now. Although that complicates things, it probably means that we could spend much longer in online chats getting to know each other before meeting in person eventually. That can only be a good thing. If you had read into the vein of the Forum, you would have realised that we do not host search for love sub forum. If you are serious about embarking in a relationship with a Filipina, there are a myriad of things that you have to be aware of, ups, downs, pitfalls, costs.... When you marry a Filipina, you are also marrying the family.... In a financial sense of the word. Would you be ready to make such a step? We, the members of this forum, did so, surprised at first, but without a grudge.
Very patronising. I married a Filipina in 1990, we had a lovely daughter 4 years later. My wife died in 1997. Alone ever since, and I've just got up the courage to try again. Just delete my membership.
As Dom said, Deep Blue, the chances are very slim of single ladies contacting you but hope springs eternal. If I were you and wanted to contact a Filipina, I would join the dating sites as there is a much better chance of meeting the woman of your dreams there. I am not aware of anyone meeting a Filipina here in the nine years I have been on "British-Filipino", but you could be the first and lucky one here! Wow, that was abrupt. I wasn't aware you gave any background to your first posts. If you did, we would have known that you had connections to the Philippines and any replies would have been more tailored to your circumstances.. Sorry to hear about your wife's passing . A truly sad thing to happen to you and your daughter. People here are trying to offer advice to you, not to patronise you or be rude to you. Don't give up on your search, Deep Blue.

I cannot go further on the subject for fear of waking up without vital organs in the morning.
Yep..plenty of fish..thats how i met my pinay wife. But she was living locally in the UK at the time.
