    Hi All,

I'm married to my British husband last April but have only use his Surname on my passport, the rest of my ID's like company ID, SSS, Tax, bank accnt etc I still use my maiden name, my question is, will this affect my application to visit him?

    Any advise is much appreciated.

    Many Thanks :)

    No. It won't affect it.

Apply using the name in the passport (ie married name) and put your maiden name in the section for other names you are known as. Put the full name and the words "maiden name" in that section.

    I agree.

You should probably explain that you haven't changed your name on all your documents. I would imagine if you provide your birth certificate which obviously will be in your maiden name, your marriage certificate and your passport it should be clear enough.
