Tree stump to near neighbor garden wall, I will cut it back then cut tree roots. the stump as to come out before it causes damage to the garden wall or cause injury to pedestrians walking by on pavement.
I would get a proper tree surgeon to sort that one out. Health and Safety in mind. And as mentioned... public liability Insurance...
Real country folk here lol tree stumps can be just hard work or you can burn them out or use epsom salts No climbing harnesses are normaly needed
We poisoned ours, on the advice of the tree surgeon who was not interested at all. He took the tree down to the stump but that was it. Anyway, bloody thing kept sprouting new shoots until the day we moved out
My neighbors tree stump will soon be down it wont take long, coming from the countryside now live in Walthamstow.
Ask Sheffield City Council's advice.... they're bloody experts at felling 100's of mature trees... that just happen to have lifted a bit of tarmac here and there. Just keeping the place tidy... and safe for clumsy idiot pedestrians. Sums up the tragedy of present day UK, for me.
Don`t work harder..Work smarter. Turn the stump into a rocket stove and drink beer till it obliterates itself.
