I would be most grateful of anyone can give me advice

My wife is Filipina, aged 32, I’m 83. We live in Spain. She has a property in Philippines which was bought with money I gave here.

I have found info re a Notarial and Holographic Will which I understand. The area of doubt is compulsory heirs.

My wife has a living mother ,one full sister with whom she shares parents, and a number of half-sisters , the children of her mother or her father.

The full sister has lived in USA for many years and the only two occasions she has been in contact with my wife she was seeking a loan. Neither of which she has paid back . She has not been in touch since she received the second `loan´ 10+ years ago. Thus my wife does not want her to benefit from her Will. I have no desire to benefit.

My wife would prefer to leave her house in Philippines to an adult cousin whom she raised as her son.

As I said. Any info would be appreciated.

    Many thanks, John
