I was going to ask you where you'd been, but I thought that would be cheeky of me, at least now I know :)

It will be a great feeling for you both when you secure your first job here in the UK, at least here you are assured of a reasonable salary if you take up your nursing profession. You can live quite well in the UK when you have two decent salaries coming in, I can see the £ signs in your eyes

Hahaha! Can't be registered here yet so I opt for nurse assistant at the moment. Have to earn for the exams though..:)

Ah yes, you mentioned that before, my wife's aunties daughter did exactly the same in Scotland.

So that means you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse I presume?

I'm sure that working with a nurse here will help you get the required information to help with the required exams, and even being an assistant will bring in some much appreciated cash I'm sure :)

You'll be back to being a full time nurse before you know it, bit of experienced working under another nurse, exams passed, "Bobs your uncle" you are then a Registered Nurse in the UK.

Good luck with it Anne, I'm sure you're looking forward to it.
