    I've booked for the Saturday night, room price was a wee bit steep for two nights.

    Have to figure out how to get there and back now but I might have a car again by then :)

    Like Tim I might have to back out but hopefully not.

    If I have to use the train Keith then that would be great, my car has been off the road for many years, and with great sadness she went to the crusher recently, she still looked exactly like this when she went :( but she would have cost too much to fix compared to her value :(

    Looks like we have a list of confirmed people at the hotel and the amount of people should grow. I think it is great to plan ahead and be at the same hotel: (Feel free to amend the list).

    I booked a family room for 4 of us (including 2 snotty-arsed teenager types) on the Saturday night, but it's all very provisional at the moment going by the complete lack of enthusiasm all round in the Maharg household for meeting up with a bunch of weirdos from off the internet that none of us have met before.

    But we'll see nearer the time! :)

    I had a confirmation text, after double checking this morning, from a Sandwell Council event officer that the Fiesta is going ahead as planned by its organizers.

    Bring brollies........... It is England after all.........

    Plus wellies or boots may I add, I made the foolish mistake of wearing good shoes when we attended the Heaton Park Barrio Fiesta a couple of years back and it took the missus ages to clean them afterwards so be warned :)
