Hi im eliz and im new here, this forum really help me alot as we are going to apply for a visa soon,as i always reading to this forum sometimes i didn't notice that i click the bad rating icon accidentally and also maybe my kids as well as they're always on my phone playing games, again i apologies for those i gave bad rating unintentionally (It happened twice)
Hi Eliz, I'm sure those that you have given a particular rating realise it was in error. Simply clicking on the undo rating will resolve it. The accidental rating is easily applied with touchscreen devices.
