Here is another low carb pizza of ours. Made with almond flour for the base. For the nipper...

    No pineapple :D

Whilst understanding that by keeping the nipper quietly chewing for hours may be helpful to one's patience I feel as if I have to remark about the palatial amount of "cheese" (if it can be called that) on this pizza as being far, far too much, for the young palate, to be able to discern the various flavours.
    Good try, tho...

Nothing beats original "Mozzarella di Bufala"...

Not a bad effort though from an amateur?

Low carb Xmas dinner. Traditional turkey, celeriac potato roasties, pork sausage meat stuffing and veggies. Pigs in blankets. Only the carrots were a bit carby.

We followed this with a Keto trifle which was excellent. And in my case a cheese board to finish.

Low carb blueberry muffin loaf. No wheat flour and no sugar. Absolutely delicious.

It's within the bounds of possibility, if he is fairly light then that's about 65 calories a mile.

It might also be a mis-calibrated app that is recording or calculating it from steps or GPS track.

I certainly did 24 kilometers today, the phone app says just over 1000 calories, good enough for me :)

What’s more the ingredients comprised of eggs, almonds (flour) and coconut oil in the main. Packed with protein.

At the moment I am doing about 10000 to 20000 steps a day which equates to between 8 to 16 kilometres. My feet are feeling the strain though...

I know exactly how that feels :) did that a number of times, over rough terrain, I remember one night when I would have had to sleep rough when I got to my destination finding a locked shed, I kicked it open to lance my blisters and snatch a couple of hours sleep before dawn, the things we do as kids :ninja:
What running shoes or boots are you wearing? Your doing well:like:
