Just seen a few adverts from Google showing me mypinoy.tv!

Given that I have just signed up to Netflix I think Google thinks I might be subscribing to this one some time soon (and who knows once Joy comes over). But have any of you guys tried it?

I know it works for the UK, having checked out their website and of course Google targeting ads at people like me in the UK.

Of course it might be so new it is too early to know how good it is as a service...

Actually that's a good point Sean the CSS could do with a tweak to make links in posts stand out a bit better, it's very very hard to see them, as a result if I create a link I am now making it span many words just to get some visibility.

How does this new colour for a link look

It's not so much the colour Sean as the weight, that particular change is affecting other links too.

maybe a simple font-weight:bold; with the original colour.

This should be good now... Nice and thick with the font weight;)

Yeah that's a lot better, it's a shame that the various browsers don't really render the numeric CSS font-weights very well as 600 or 500 might have been better but when I tried them they were not bold at all, well 600 was but the character spacing got messed up, so yeah this is much nicer, meant to ask for this for a long time :) :like:

And yep that's exactly where I went to check up the syntax :) as I don't do Html development work everyday there's no way I keep all this stuff in my head all the time :)

I like the look and "feel" of this forum site. Is it still under development? I had noticed the bold function was a little understated. I guess you chaps are fine tuning just now?

I have just YM'd my wife with the my pinoy tv link.

Sean regularly plays around with things, but the changes these days tend to be small.

Oh, this site will always be under development! You can never sit still and stagnate as far as I am concerned, there are always ways to make things easier or somehow better for web users.

With that in mind there are loads of things I have not done to the site as adding things onto the site can also impact speed rates for general users, so I'm not so keen these days to add stuff for the sake of adding 'stuff'. Though like oss mentioned changes tend to be one or two small things at a time, nobody wants to log in and see massive changes but there will at times be major changes such as when I upgrade the software to this site some point this year or in the new year.
