I will be in cebu from 7 September until the 28th 21 days in total I am looking for a place to rent in carcar , naga , or San Fernando Does anyone here know of any houses that could be rented for a budget Salamat
Ask Paul and If I were you I would ask on Living in Cebu forum if Balamban on the opposite side to Cebu City is a possible I could ask my missus to talk to our old landlady to see if she has any vacancies thats about 75 mins from the city in a minibus https://www.facebook.com/paul.whiteway.7?fref=ts http://www.cebuexpatservices.com/
For a stay of such a short duration, you should look at hotels that rent by the week or month. You almost certainly won't find a landlord prepared to rent you a - presumably fully-furnished and equipped - for less than six months; most contracts are for a year.
depends on occupancy Mark there is a place in Carcar that Lee stayed cant remember the name and another Brit in Bulacao who does short term if he has vacant
Patrick I know a place in car car let me find the name for you It's like small apartments or the same lady has a house but I think she charges about 1000 peso a day for the house I'll ask my wife
Hi Patrick and welcome here. I used to stay at Pacific Pensionne in Cebu City. It is always nice to stay there and is within walking distance of Fuente Osmeña and Robinsons shopping mall. http://pacificpensionne.com People used to get wifi for their laptops in the café on the ground floor. Food is basic as are all the services, that is why it is very reasonably priced, safe and the staff is friendly. You can stay there when you arrive in Cebu City first night before heading off elsewhere.
Sorry my wife does not know the apartments name. When your coming from the city they are on the right side before the roundabout between the LTO office and before the roundabout. Sorry about that
I easily found fully furnished accommodation in Talamban for one month during the month we got married in March this year. We then rented another property a few doors away, again fully furnished, for just a few days, when my wife's family attended the wedding. My wife knows of others who have done the same (in other parts of Cebu City) when their overseas partner went to Cebu to get married.
