Need help with FLR (M) 2 visa please

Good day to everyone. Can anyone point me to the right direction please. My husband's FLR (M) 1 visa is expiring on the 20th of March and I believe from the 20th of this month we can apply for his 2nd FLR visa. Is the process the same as the 1st FLR including the form that we used online? Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes same process just updated information required ie bank statements and correct level of English language test and NHS sircharge

Just to add, 28 days before March 20 is February 21, not February 20!
