I just gave a list of possibilities. The more evidence you have the better (within reason). You could print out a selection of message headers from facebook or whatsapp showing that you had been in touch. UKVI aren't really interested in what you said - they are more imterested that you have actually been in regular contact.

In my case, we provided a selection of a couple of messages per month for a four year period.

What is the fiance visa qualification when it comes to the length of time you've known your boyfriend or the relationship?

no specific rules as regards length of relationship. but you must have met each other--face to face--once.

Jeez, I cut my hair short so we can submit different pictures where I had long hair and I have short hair just to show them we have known each other enough!

My question today is WHAT'S THE PROCESS TO TAKE WHEN THERE'S A CHILD INVOLVED? When do I get to take my child with me in England? My boyfriend doesn't want me to leave him here in Ph.

He/She will be part of your visa application. The charge goes up for each subsequent child

Hi @joi1991 , me and my British husband got married here in the Philippines. He arrived Friday morning 6am and we go straight to the British embassy Manila, our appointment is 10am. While we wait, we go to the Jollibee for breakfast. When we got his affidavit we go straight to the City hall and applied for marriage license. I explained to the registry officer that my fiancé only have two weeks to stay because of work and we really need to have the license within this time. She said license will be issued in the maximum of 10 days and while we wait we attended seminars. We got the certificate in 8 working days, we go to the nearest Max Restaurant and luckily they don't have reservation on the next day so we avail their wedding package, only reserve 50 persons. I call our reverend and ask him to lead the ceremony and message all my family, friends and workmates. We ended up with 200 guests and occupy the whole restaurant. It was the best day of my life having all the people I love on our wedding day :)

congratulations! well, my bf and I decided to get married in UK because I'm scared if I get married here they'll require my papers and ID to show my name using my bf's last name.

Sorry if I have to go to details, what I just want to say is that it's not really a hassle to get married here, in fact it's an experience you won't forget in your lifetime. My husband told me that we may not have that kind of wedding in the UK :)

Another reason I don't wanna get married here is that I don't want a big one. And many people will feel bad if I don't invite them. lol

So I assume @MdPr that you're working on your spousal visa now?

Thanks :) I recently applied for visitor visa using my husband last name but all my supporting documents are still in my maiden name. I applied last February 16 and got my visa Feb 23 and it's not a priority, just the regular process.. Anyhow, I wish you both a happy life together. Hugs

i agree, we actually reserve for 50 persons we don't expect everybody will attend because it was a late notice! Lol .. I didn't go for spouse visa because I want to see first if My body survive the cold weather in the UK lol! Second is that I love my job here and I'm getting a yearly increase, it may not be practical to just leave. I want to know experience life in UK even for just a month before deciding to live there :)
